On 3-4 November, ULI Europe Advisory Board members, Trustees, Governors and special guests met in Berlin to network, exchange ideas, and discuss opportunities for ULI.
The meeting kicked off with a site tour of the Tacheles project, a landmark mixed-use development and urban regeneration project, among the largest of its kind in Berlin’s city centre. This tour was followed by a visit to Das Stue Hotel Berlin Tiergarten, Berlin’s first luxury boutique hotel.
Following the site tours, the group attended a dinner at the U.S. Ambassador’s Residence, where the were addressed by H.E. Ambassador John B. Emerson.
The meeting concluded the next day with a candid discussion on opportunities for ULI in 2017.
The ULI Europe Advisory Board is a group made up of former trustees and industry leaders. Their role involves identifying potential partnerships for ULI, helping to set ULI’s long-term agenda, and assisting in engaging future ULI leaders.
