National Councils have the opportunity to apply for two grant programmes in FY17: the Urban Innovation Grant and the Women’s Leadership Initiative Grant.

Urban Innovation Grant

The objective of the Urban Innovation Grant programme is to fund innovative ULI activities that will accelerate solutions to a local real estate related problem. Proposals that include a collaboration among multiple National Councils will be given preference. Winning projects will be awarded between $5,000 and $15,000.

Women’s Leadership Initiative Grant

This grant will fund innovative local or regional programmes or initiatives that raise the visibility and number of women leaders in ULI and the real estate industry as a whole.  Winning projects will be awarded between $1,000 and $10,000.
