On Wednesday 20 March 2019, ULI Belgium organised its first edition of the ULI academic lunch in collaboration with EMI school.

The ULI academic lunch is an informal meeting for ULI members where academics or students give an overview of their work and research. These meetings are intended to inform and stimulate discussions around a topic on urban development trends and/or real estate. For this first edition, organised in collaboration with EMI (Executive Master Immobilier), we have been pleased to welcome two former EMI students who have achieved outstanding academic results for their year-end thesis.
