On 10 May 2016, ULI Belgium held its first annual conference on the topic of competitive cities. This international event brought together more than 180 leaders in the real estate industry from both public and private sectors to consider important trends and factors in what shapes a competitive city, and what cities, investors and developers are doing to enhance Belgium’s regional and global competitiveness.
